Kiwi Poker is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable
remote gaming enviroment. However, as with any service or
product, some players may feel that they have a cause for
complaint. We take all complaints very seriously and treat
each with respect.
We promise that we will deal with all disputes in a fair and
speedy manner and will do what we can to find a resolution
that is acceptable to all parties. As Kiwi Poker is part of
a network, we do have to refer some disputes to the network
for investigation and abide by the decision of the network,
but in all cases, we will seek a fair outcome.
InterContinental Casinos Ltd. is a member of the Interactive
Gaming Council and if, for some reason, you feel that a dispute
has not been resolved in a fair way, please feel free to contact
the IGC and they may be willing to mediate on your behalf.
We're pleased to say that, because we try in all cases to
work on behalf of our players, such mediation has not been
neccessary and we're proud of our reputation for being fair
and treating player compaints with due regard.
