There are a selection of game options available to players at Kiwi Poker and which can be accessed by clicking the "Options" button either in the lobby or from a table. After clicking this button, you will see the following screen.



Choose Avatar
You can only do this in the lobby before loading a table. You have a selection of pre-defined avatars to choose from.

Show Avatars
You can only change this selection from the lobby. Avatars are displayed on the large table mode only and are not displayed on the mini-table mode. If you choose not to see avatars, you will see empty seats on the large table mode.

Never offer the "All in" button
When the action is on you, and your betting controls appear, these include an "All-in" button. If you'd prefer not to have this button appear, then simply de-select this option.

Display warning for large bets
If you make a large bet, then you will get a warning message which will give you the chance to cancel the bet.

Chat - view bubbles
Table chat appears in the chat window, but also appears as bubbles over the player who is chatting to help identify who is saying what. To disable these bubbles, de-select this option.

View hand strength
Your best hand strength will automatically appear over the community cards in large table mode only. Thsi is not available on mini-table mode.

Enable full screen mode
This option will change the resolution of your screen to make the large table mode take over the whole of your screen. If you prefer to see the card room within a moveable window on your desktop and have easier access to other applications, then de-select this option. If you are in mini-table mode, the resolution change will expand the mini-table to a larger size and you will still be able to access your desktop (though in the changed resolution).

Chat
Chat appears in a window, and you have the option of where this window appears. Side Chat will appear in a large window on the right hand side of the table. If you select table chat, then the chat box size will be reduced and appear to the bottom left of the table. If you do not want to be distracted by chat, then you can select no chat. Other players will not know that you have no chat however.

Display 'Kiwi Aces' table balance
Thsi will display a small box above your player tag and show you how many Kiwi Aces you've accumulated whilst at the table.

Store hand history locally
With this option, your game history will be stored on your pc hard drive.

Show mini-table
Selecting this option will automatically put you into mini-table mode when you play in the card room.

4 clour deck
This option will show the floowing suit colours: Spades - Black, Clubs - Green, Diamonds - Blue, Hearts - Red. This is particularly useful if you play more than one table or in mini-table mode.

Show folded cards
Once you fold, your cards are discarded unless you select this option. Then your folded cards appear on the bottom right of the table.

Casino Games Options
Kiwi Poker also offers players a choice of side games including Blackjack. These options apply to the casino side games.
